If you are experiencing any allergy issues, please call our office at 847-781-3002; we may be able to schedule a Tele-Visit to accommodate you.

Unfortunately, COVID-19 testing is not currently available in an outpatient setting. Therefore, we are not equipped at this time to address this potentially serious condition and visiting our office would only hinder in making a rapid diagnosis for you.

If you are experiencing more severe flu-like symptoms such as high fever (>101 degrees) in addition to symptoms of respiratory illness (cough, shortness of breath), and have been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19, or have recently traveled to an area with ongoing spread, please contact your primary care physician or the Illinois Health Department of Health as soon as possible.

If you need refills please let your pharmacy know, they will contact us.
